About me
I have spent more than 30 years working in complex, international business environments, most of that time within PepsiCo.
My career has spanned finance, supply chain, productivity, large-scale transformation and leadership roles — always at the intersection of strategy and execution.
Over the years, one pattern became clear: organizations rarely struggle because of a lack of ambition or ideas. They struggle because change is hard to translate into day-to-day reality.
Today, through Cheers 2 Change, I support leaders, teams and organizations in navigating change in a pragmatic and grounded way. I bring structure where things feel complex, focus where priorities are blurred, and momentum where execution is stuck.
I am not a traditional consultant with a fixed playbook. Depending on the context, I work as a partner, coach, facilitator or trainer — always close to the business and focused on sustainable results.
My purpose
I believe meaningful change happens when people, strategy and performance are aligned. My purpose is to help leaders and organizations turn intention into action — and action into results — without losing sight of the human side of change.
I aim to create environments where:
